Comparative Evaluation of Flexural Strength of Two Newer Composite Resin Materials: An in Vitro Study
نویسندگان
چکیده
Objective: To evaluate in vitro the flexural strength of two newer composite resin materials . Material and Methods: Twenty-four samples were equally divided into groups: G1 - Brilliant EverGlow G2: NG. The rectangular blocks 25 mm length, 2 width thickness prepared from materials. Blocks created by applying composites to a customized split mold formed between parallel glass plates. Before light-curing, covered with Mylar strips rinsed for 10 seconds water. Subsequently, they stored distilled water 24 hours at 37oC 100% humidity before testing. Each sample was placed within suitable framework aluminum. length gap support 21 speed crosshead 1 mm/minute. data subjected an independent t-test. level significance set p <0.05. Results: A less observed (77.43 Mpa) compared G2 (118.70 (p<0.001). Conclusion: Universal nanohybrid material found have greater than universal submicron hybrid material.

A comparative evaluation of shear bond strength of immediately repaired composite resin – An in-vitro study
The aim of this study is to “evaluate the shear bond strength of immediately repaired light cured composite resin using different bonding agents”. Forty recently extracted human incisors were mounted on acrylic resin blocks and cavity (5 × 3mm) was prepared at the middle third of the crown. The prepared cavity was etched, rinsed, dried and restored using Single bond adhesive (3M), composite and...
متن کاملComparative Evaluation of the Flexural Strength of Heat Polymerized Acrylic Resin with the Addition of 8% and 13% Aluminum Oxide Powder: An In-vitro Study
Introduction: Acrylic resins have been used successfully as denture bases. However, acrylic resin denture base materials are brittle and have poor strength and thermal conductivity. Therefore, it is essential to improve the flexural strength of heat polymerized acrylic resin. The present study aimed to evaluate and compare the flexural strength of heated polymerized acrylic res...
متن کاملThe Evaluation of Flexural Strength of Composite Resin Materials with and without Fiber
The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of solutions, times of storage and reinforcement with fiber on the flexural strength of different composite materials. Nanofill and nanohybrid composite materials with and without fiber, a glass fiber and polyethylene fiber, were tested in the present study. 72 specimens (25×2×2 mm3) were prepared as following six groups; Group ECME: everS...

Aim: To compare the effect of four different polishing systems on color stability of two Nano composite resins immersed in four beverages (Coffee, Tea, Cola and Fanta). Methods: Eighty disc shaped specimens of 10 mm diameter and 2 mm thickness were prepared for each of the two Nano composite resins (Tetric N Ceram; Estelite alpha). The specimens of each material were divided into four groups (n...
متن کاملEffects of Aging on Compressive Strength of Two Resin-Reinforced Glass Ionomers: An In-Vitro Study
Background and Aim: Although the physical properties of modern glass ionomers have been extensively reported, few studies have examined how these parameters change with age. This experimental study aimed to investigate the effect of aging on the compressive strength of resin-reinforced glass ionomers. Material and Methods: Two glass ionomers (Fuji IX GP Fast, GC, Japan, and Ketac Universal, 3M,...
